Rebecca Dufrene – Licensed Professional Counselor – Clinical Director
Becky received her Associate of Science degree from Nicholls State University in 1979 and is a licensed Registered Nurse. She also earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2013. Becky is a certified Batterer’s Intervention specialist. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, an author, and a lifelong resident of South Lafourche.
Matt Dickinson, Executive Director
Matt is a math teacher at South Lafourche High School and an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Originally from Greenwood, MS, David has lived in Louisiana since 2003. In 2001, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Mississippi College. David earned his Master of Divinity in Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014. He is certified in Motivational Interviewing and the Matrix curriculum. David is currently a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, and he will be fully licensed by the end of October of 2019, with LPC Board approval.

Al Archer, President
In addition to serving as Vice President of the New Life Board, Al currently serves as a member of the Lafourche Parish School Board. He previously headed up the PASS program for students in the parish who have been removed from school due to suspension or expulsion. Al is a member of Sacred Heart, where he works with the youth group.Marlene Williams, Vice President
As a retired school teacher, Marlene is affiliated with the Louisiana Retired Teachers Association. She attends Community Bible Church where she is a member of the choir.Kathie Martin, Board Member
In addition to serving as the President of the New Life Board, Kathie is employed by Nextel as a Sales Manager of the Cut Off branch. She attends Community Bible Church. In addition, she is a member of the South Lafourche Women’s ClubMadonna Rabalais – Board Member
Madonna Dufrene Rabalias the wife of Andre Rabalais and the mother of 2 children, Edward and Karalyne Dufrene and 3 step children, Mason, John, and Ryan Rabalais. I have been a life long resident to Bayou Lafourhce, and a graduate of NSU. I am employed now for 10 years with the Lafourche Parish School Board, as the secretary at South Lafourche High School. I fell in love with the lord when i was 13 and have been a christian ever since, giving my life to the greatest father a girl could ask for. I have been a client of new life and have the pleasure of serving on the board now for 3 years.?
